IODevz
IODevz is a small builder collective I co-founded with Piyush Hajare and Param Bhavsar. We share a name, a Twitter, and a habit of shipping AI-leveraged tools — but each of us owns one venture, and we don’t share equity.
Current ventures
- MailRambo (Piyush) — email-side tooling
- Subtidy (Param) — subscription accounting
- MCP Gateway (me, tentative July 2026 direction) — a Go-based gateway that unifies many MCP servers behind one routable endpoint, so any AI agent can call any MCP without per-client config explosion
The pattern is: three independent bets, one shared brand for distribution + accountability. We post wins and losses publicly under one handle. It’s a way to have indie-hacker velocity without the loneliness, and to share marketing surface without merging product strategy.
What I’ve learned
- Co-founding without equity is fine if you scope it small. Each venture has one owner; the brand is just a megaphone.
- DjwalaAI taught me to validate the moat before building (next project). I won’t make that mistake on the MCP Gateway.
- Twitter @iodevz_ai is posting-only. Search costs $100/mo on Basic tier, which we don’t need yet.
Three of us, three bets, one brand. The audacious version of this is one of us breaks out and pulls the other two with them. The realistic version is two of us learn and one of us ships.
